Description

A night of pisco&ceviche with LIMA23Talleres!

Welcome to the Lima23 workshop!

Over the years we have learned a lot about Peruvian gastronomy, and we had an idea: why not share our knowledge and experience with all of you? That's why we are here. At Lima23, we want to teach you everything we have learned, in a creative, fun way, and of course, enjoying traditional Peruvian food.

What is the workshop about? In this experience, we will teach you how to prepare two classics: Peruvian ceviche and pisco sour. The perfect combination to start our "Peruvian night"! We will start by telling you a little about the history of this emblematic dish that has conquered the entire world, and we will also reveal some of our secrets.

We will provide you with all the ingredients and tools you will need, and we will guide you step by step in the preparation. Once ready, we will taste the results together. As a final touch, we will give you a Peruvian dessert to close with a flourish, along with a small recognition for your "first trip" to Peruvian gastronomy.

But that's not all. During the workshop, you will enjoy a glass of white wine, unlimited from 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.! This workshop aims to share and celebrate the rich traditional Peruvian culture here in Valencia.

Are you ready for your first culinary trip? Reserve your spot for Friday, November 8! We are located at Calle Cervantes 14, just a 6-minute walk from the Xàtiva train station, and if you come by car, you will find a private parking lot right in front.

We look forward to seeing you for this exciting adventure, where our only mission is for you to have fun and learn. See you at Lima23!
