After learning his trade and living his passion for many years at the internationally famous Tasca Angel, as well as restaurants in Ireland, Jose Molina decided to add to Valencia's fantastic culinary scene by opening CLANN in 2018.
With the help of a small team of excellent chefs and waiters, Jose now delivers one of the best dining experiences in the city.
For Jose, it's all about the freshness and quality of the ingredients. CLANN purposely offers a small menu of select dishes to enable the team to buy fresh ingredients from the local markets on a daily bases.
Jose can often be seen before daybreak at the cities markets, picking out his ingredients before anyone else has a chance. This freshness is what has given Clann it's excellent reputation.
Clann is a small intimate tapas bar/restaurant in the heart of the old city of Valencia. The wooden decor gives it a warm feel which is enhanced by the excellent friendly staff. Our street terrace lets customers sit outside to soak up the Valencian atmosphere while eating some of the best tapas in the city
