Solidarity tasting "Chocolates for Valencia"

Next Thursday, December 12th at 6pm, we will hold a charity bean to bar chocolate tasting at the Centro de Artesanía de la Comunitat Valenciana.
We will taste several creations made by the three local bean to bar chocolate brands: Caūma Cacao by Trufas Martinez, Club del Chocolate and Utopick Chocolates, as well as an extra bar provided by the Bean to Bar Spain Association.
The event will be presented by Marielis Arteaga, a journalist and chocolate taster, who will tell us what is so special about this type of chocolate and the step-by-step instructions for tasting it with a complete sensory experience. The brands will also be present, introducing us to their chocolates, revealing the details of their preparation, as well as some interesting facts.
All funds raised, except for a 6% commission from the platform, will go to the Gremio de Maestros Abaniqueros de Valencia, located in Aldaia, fellow artisans who, due to DANA, have lost their workshop and their means to continue their work. These artists are the heart of a tradition that deserves to be preserved. With your help, we can contribute to rebuilding their workshops and their lives.
