Description

Princess Pocajontas arrives at the Carolina Theater to bring this fantastic adventure to life on stage. The story of Pocajontas, Captain John Smith and the Powhatan Indian tribe transports the viewer to the colonial era of the 17th century, to the universe of Indians and early settlers where values such as love and respect for nature are raised. Pocajontas, the crazy and extreme friend of nature, daughter of Chief Powhatan, watches the arrival of a large group of English settlers, led by the brave Captain John Smith. Pocajontas develops a strong friendship with Captain Smith, or maybe something more... But when tensions between the two cultures begin to arise, Pocajontas turns to the wisdom of Grandmother Willow to find a way to bring peace between her people and the conquistadors... will he get it?
