The freshest and most innovative in-person event of the AEDH returns to Seville. Talk with professionals and specialists from around the world in Technology, Distribution, Hospitality and Tourism, about the topics that interest you most. With interactive talks and round tables, sharing experiences and lots of networking. Especially interesting for small and medium-sized local tourism companies that want to take ideas and compare them with other professionals in the sector.

New techniques, strategies, actions, trends and tools will be reviewed aimed at improving the experience of travelers and transmitting the best emotions to them.

Organized by the Spanish Association of Hotel Directors and Managers, and with the collaboration of the Hotel Technology Institute (ITH), the Hotel Alliance, the Center for High Tourism Performance (CART) and the Bellavista Hotel in Seville.

09:20 to 09:50 Presentation of AEDH Values, with Manuel Vegas, national president of AEDH.

09:50 to 10:10 "Empowering hoteliers against Booking", with Javier Zamora, legal advisor of the AEDH & David Delgado, from Eskariam.

10:10 to 10:30 Presentation of the Hotel Alliance, by Fernando Gallardo, speaker and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Hotel Alliance.

11:00 to 11:30 Coffee Break & Networking, sponsored by Sherco.

11:40 to 12:00 Pablo Laffitte, expert in Chinese Tourism, will tell us "How to approach the Chinese market".

12:10 to 13:00 Round table: "How to attract new generations of travelers: the augmented traveler"

13:50 to 13:50 Round table: "Tools to improve the traveler's experience."

13:50 Raffle-contest for an AEDH Experience among attendees.

14:00 Closing of the Conference.
