Description:
The concept of Pante comes from the island of Pantelleria, located 70 miles southwest of Sicily and 39 miles northeast of Tunisia. Pantelleria is a Sicilian volcanic island with astonishing cliffs, black rock beaches, and an Arab trend. Its typical Mediterranean vegetation with an intense dark blue sea, green mountains and black lava rock, turning into a rude island of love or hate due to its natural beauties or its difficulty to live it.
This is how Alessandro Luchetti, Daniel Cabezas and Antonio Facco, decided to bring the architecture of Pantelleria and its traditional Italian cuisine with a Sicilian touch to a vibrant capital like Madrid. This initiative fostered by the passion of the Food & Beverage world and the island of Pantelleria.
Pante's menu is inspired by traditional Italian cuisine with a Sicilian touch, specifically from Pantelleria. Our selection is based on traditional recipes with a contemporary twist, without losing the essence of Italian gastronomy, but rather enhancing it. Our Chef Mandredi Bosco proposes seasonal dishes and in turn, maintains the Pante classics made with the highest raw materials to show the excellence and quality of authentic Italian cuisine.
