Description
Do not miss this guided tour of the Royal Palace of Madrid, which was previously the Alcázar. Since it became the official residence of the kings of Spain in 1561, it has undergone numerous modifications carried out by different prestigious architects and decorators.
The European Filippo Juvarra, at the request of Felipe V, was the first person in charge of this work. His disciple Giambattista Sacchetti who completed his work on the huge vaults after his death. The German, of Roman formation, Antonio Rafael Mengsel and the Venetian Giambattista Tiepolo also contributed to the realization of the project with their characteristic paintings.
