Es Tragón stomps through its haute cuisine in which quality, creativity and imagination come together to shape a pioneering gastronomy on the island. A team of 10 professionals, eight of them in the kitchen, will be in charge of turning every dinner that is enjoyed there into an authentic experience for the senses. Its chef, Álvaro Sanz, is in charge of directing and managing the place with the mastery of who has forged himself in the kitchens of the greatest. This young man with an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial spirit brings his passion and his knowledge of gastronomy to each of his creations. Es Tragón's menu surprises from start to finish. Each of its dishes are made from traditional Spanish cuisine, but with a presentation and innovation in its flavors and textures capable of leaving the most critical and foodies speechless. Es Tragòn has a fifteen-step tasting menu for you to travel through its gastronomy. How could it be otherwise, the Es Tragón winery is also worth mentioning. More than 80 references of exclusive wines, carefully selected to create the perfect combination with each bite. This restaurant shows that haute cuisine finds a place on our island.
