After being caught red-handed in a scandalous situation a few days before re-election, the president of the United States decided to invent a conflict that diverted his attention from the press of his afer.
One of the councilors is posed in contact with a Hollywood producer to create a smokescreen: a war in Albània in which the president could pose heroically in front of the television cameras.
