The word Boro is used in Japan to describe fabric and clothing that has been mended and repaired many times. Each boron element is, by its very definition, absolutely unique. Boro was born in May 2021 by chef Ramón Miracle and Camila Matarazzo.
Both decide to undertake this new adventure after dedicating themselves for many years to the restaurant business in the Born district. Boro is a daring, dynamic and cosmopolitan restaurant concept.
Variety, originality and quality reign in his kitchen. Its menu includes a variety of tapas, sandwiches and hamburgers betting on modernity and a touch of creativity, playing with fusion and the traveling spirit; working with selected suppliers with criteria of proximity and craft production.
