Discover the art of Japanese watercolor, Gansai, and learn the traditional Nihonga style, which has its roots in the Heian period. With the guidance of artist Eriko Fukuda, you'll explore millennial techniques and create your own works of art.
Course program:
Sessions 1-2: Introduction to basic materials and exercises
Session 3: Knowledge of colors and stain techniques
Sessions 4-5: Creating personal masterpieces (flowers, birds, animals)
Subsequent sessions: Continuation and improvement
Each session culminates in a play you can take home.
Open to all levels, no previous experience needed!
