The band nominated for Best New Artist at the 2020 Grammys, formed by singer and composer Eric Burton and guitarist and producer Adrian Quesada, never stops making people talk. Their mix of psychedelic soul and folk has conquered the ears of fans around the world in their two short years of career, and their debut album “Black Pumas” made it to the pages of Rolling Stone as one of the revelation groups of the moment.
Following her success on the charts and in the media, with performances on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live! or Seth Meyers' Late Night, broke the record in their hometown, Austin, after selling out four consecutive concerts in one of the most emblematic venues, Stubbs. After this, on May 7, 2020, the mayor of the city proclaimed that day as “Black Pumas Day” in his honor.
